This work experiments with the lingering materiality of health and gender targetted industries and markets. I explore where pleasure, pathology, and harm intersect with material, food, medication, and online content consumption. I join different realms of intimate clutter to explore this intersection through the process of decorating bra cups. Each pile is an ecosystem of memories: pills, recycled plastics, herbs used in Iran, and other organic materials, and miscellaneous items passed down from family members. Many materials are symbolic of times and places marked by prescriptive power dynamics, such as girlhood, hospitalization, and institutionalization.
