Middlebrook has 37 years of experience in the decorative art field. Painting murals, trompe l'oil, faux bois, painted floor designs and ceilings. He has worked throughout the United States independently and under the direction of master muralist Robert Jackson. Some of his projects include Opryland Hotel, Nashville TN, the Diplomatic reception floor of the U.S. State Department in Washington DC, homes of Rupert Murdoch, Garth Brooks, Naomi Judd and other personal residences. He has worked with numerous designers including John Salidino, Mario Buatta, Bunny Williams and William Hodgens. He has since moved entirely to the studio; painting and drawing with mixed mediums.
